5And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
6He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
7And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.
Janis, your Christmas tree and garden are beautiful! I love your decorative touch, it inspires me to try mixing up some of my own decorating ideas. I am trying to get more "yard art" in my garden, but it's been slow going for me. I LOVE your garden bench, my husband said he will build me one. I can hardly wait.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the beautiful Christmas story you posted at the top of your site. You always spread the spirit and the Word, and it makes me happy to see it.
Thank you for letting me peek into your gardens, I hope Santa brings you a Christmas hummingbird, and MERRY CHRISTMAS from my garden to yours.
How heartwarming to read again about the true meaning of Christmas. Thanks for inspiring me to enjoy both the garden and the season to its fullest. I enjoy your garden so much because what is inside you shows so much in your garden and in your decorating. Keep spreading the joy and Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI love my Angel's Trumpets, too.I have the salmon colored ones.Alas, just as they are fully covered blooms, tonite,I fear I may lose them.Hopefully, they will return this spring.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
I love your variegated Angel's trumpet! I have the white one too and was blooming last week. The scent is just lovely in the evening. Nice Christmas decorations on your potting bench. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteGreat header reminding us of the true meaning of Christmas. So glad to see those angel trumpets opening for you before this next big blast of frigid air hits.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a variegated angel trumpet before. It is gorgeous! My angel trumpet has just returned and is about 4 ft. tall. Their flowers are one of my favorites. I hope tonight's cold weather doesn't finish it off permanently. Hope your angel trumpet fares well.
ReplyDeleteLovely post Jan. Your tree is gorgeous and I like your little potting bench with Christmas accents on it. Have a wonderful Christmas!
ReplyDeleteYay, Janis, your trumpet came back. I hope it is all snuggled up for this weather tonight. Old man winter is just too happy to keep visiting us. :-(
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, dear Janis. hugs**
